At Hagar Guitars, every instrument is custom-built by hand to your specifications.
- All Sales Final – Because each guitar is built to order, returns are not accepted unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
- Warranty – All guitars include a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Order Changes – Once production starts, changes may not be possible or may require additional costs.
- Shipping – We ship across the U.S., with tracking provided. We arrange shipping for your guitar, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Shipping Damage – We carefully package every guitar, but once shipped, responsibility for loss or damage lies with the carrier. If damage occurs, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We can provide photos, receipts, and other documentation to assist your claim.
